How Darcy AI usage is counted
Extend your plan with additional AI capacity, automation actions, document assurance, protected file processing or storage.
Adds 1,000 Darcy assists and 25 AI form builds each month. It also unlocks Darcy Pro for Launch and Portfolio customers. Packs are stackable and unused capacity does not roll over.
Includes up to 1,000 signed and sealed answer PDFs each month, followed by a per-document usage charge.
Adds protected processing for up to 10,000 uploaded DOCX, XLSX and PDF files each month. Content Disarm and Reconstruction scans first, then creates safer, read-only versions. Single-file components only; the default CDR limit is 50 MB per file, or a lower configured limit.
Add capacity for services running larger numbers of API requests, webhooks, notifications and data-transformation actions.
Add hosted storage and file-processing capacity according to your organisation’s requirements.

Cloud Estate includes platform access and product support. Large-scale migration, service redesign, bespoke integrations and managed delivery are priced separately.
