Yes. You can create and test services in Prototype and QA without paying for a production plan. Charges begin when you deploy services to the Production environment.
A live service is one service deployed to the Production environment. Its Prototype and QA versions do not count as additional live services.
A submission is one production service journey after a user submits at least one page. Page-by-page server validation is not counted separately, and Prototype and QA traffic is excluded.
An automation action is one executed integration step, such as an API request, webhook delivery, GOV.UK Notify or email action, or standard data-mapping step. A workflow that makes three external requests uses three actions.
Your production service continues to operate. Additional usage is charged at the applicable published overage rate. You can also move to a larger plan or add a capacity pack.
Business Cloud includes documentation and email or ticket-based product support covering standard use of Govform. Hands-on service design, migration, bespoke integration work and managed delivery are priced separately.
Yes. Service design, UX, content design, migration, integration and delivery assistance are available through professional services or Institutional arrangements.
No. Business Cloud headline prices are for monthly billing. You can choose annual billing for the cost of ten monthly payments, giving you two months free.
Eligible charities and public-benefit organisations may receive up to 20% off base plan fees. Discounts do not apply to usage overage, document charges, add-ons, professional services or tailored Institutional support.
