Privacy notice

Our published privacy notice explains how Govforms Limited collects, uses and shares personal information through its website. It covers contact enquiries, resource requests, communications and the ways to contact us about data protection.

For services built by your organisation, publish information that reflects your own collection and processing purposes. Your service’s identity providers, integrations and file destinations also belong in that review.

  • Read the notice for information about Govform website interactions.
  • Use service-specific privacy wording for the journeys you deliver.

Terms of use

Our End User Licence Agreement sets out the published terms for using Govform services. It addresses service use, account responsibilities, user content and other conditions governing access to the platform.

Where your organisation has a separate Subscriber Agreement, that agreement takes precedence for your use on its behalf. Review the published terms together with your organisation’s contracted arrangements.

  • Keep the applicable service and subscriber terms available to your teams.
  • Understand account responsibilities and acceptable service use.
  • Raise procurement or contractual questions with our team before an engagement.

Agree the operating and support arrangements

Your service agreement defines the relationship around the platform. Hosting model, service levels, support routes and any additional delivery or assurance work should be aligned with the services your organisation needs to operate.

Institutional engagements can include dedicated contacts, agreed escalation, customer-specific assurance and tailored procurement. Bring requirements such as recovery objectives, integrations and migration into the commercial discussion early.

  • Identify the hosting and support model required for your services.
  • Agree any additional assurance, delivery or migration scope.
  • Record the applicable service commitments and customer responsibilities.

Discuss processing and supplier requirements

Bring your data-processing and supplier requirements into the procurement discussion. The relevant arrangements depend on your service purpose, hosting model, data locations and the providers your journey connects to.

Our team can work through your questions about platform responsibilities, connected systems and the assurance information needed for review. Align the agreed processing arrangements with the service you plan to deploy.

  • Define what information the service will handle and where it will go.
  • Discuss supplier, transfer and notification requirements with the relevant owners.
  • Review retention, return or deletion requirements alongside service operations.
