Govforms aims to accelerate digital delivery for organisations affordably and sustainably by providing a platform for designing, building, and running digital services without requiring coding expertise.

Govforms has supported several public sector entities, including HMRC, Ofsted, DHLUC, and The Scottish Government, in delivering services significantly faster than conventional approaches. Govforms partners with firms like Kainos and Informed Solutions to support rapid delivery for agencies such as DEFRA and Ofsted.

The company operates from Brighton while maintaining a primarily remote working arrangement. Beyond its core services, Govforms emphasises social responsibility through initiatives addressing climate change, pandemic recovery, economic inequality, equal opportunity, employee wellbeing, and modern slavery prevention.

Company History

Founded in 2018 by Nathan and Mark following their 2017 work on an HMRC project, Govforms identified inefficiencies in hand-building digital services. They developed and tested a solution within HMRC and Ofsted, demonstrating measurable time and cost savings.

The platform underwent a complete redesign in 2022, expanding the client base further. Govforms holds approval as a Crown Commercial Supplier for both "Digital service builder cloud software" and "Digital service builder technical hosting and support" through G-Cloud 13.
