Services & use cases

Can I use Govform for internal services?

Yes, absolutely. Govform is a strong fit for internal requests, approvals and reporting, with organisational sign-in and workflows that connect people to the next step.

You can give colleagues a consistent way to request help, submit evidence or provide information. The service can route that work to reviewers and update your existing systems when it is accepted.

Make internal processes easier to run

  • Use familiar sign-in. Connect an OpenID Connect identity provider such as Microsoft Entra ID, or choose passwordless or Cognito access.
  • Control the audience. Email-domain restrictions and allowed-email lists help keep services within the intended group.
  • Ask once, use the information. Look up existing records and pre-populate answers to reduce repeated entry.
  • Handle longer requests. Task lists, save-and-return, repeating sections and uploads support work that needs several steps or contributors.
  • Keep records connected. Send accepted information and evidence to SharePoint, APIs or your configured file store.

A review process people can follow

  1. SubmitA colleague signs in and supplies the request and evidence.
  2. ReviewA notified reviewer opens the submission through a secure link.
  3. ResolveAccept the request or return it with comments for correction.
  4. ActRun the next approval, notification or connected-system update.

Reviews can run in sequence and require one, several or all nominated reviewers to approve. Review history records comments and outcomes, and later actions can wait for acceptance.
