Darcy is your AI assistant in the Builder, helping you move from an idea to a clearer, better configured digital service.

Ask a product question, discuss the journey you are designing, draft content or request a focused change. Darcy can use the service and page you have open, inspect their configuration and help you understand how the parts work together.

Get help as you build

Find the right feature. Ask how a setting works or where to configure a particular behaviour.
Improve the journey. Discuss question order, conditional sections, task lists and review steps.
Write clearer content. Draft or revise questions, hints, validation messages and supporting guidance.
Configure the service. Create or update supported pages, components, selections, conditions and actions.
Understand a problem. Investigate prototype values, routing, calculations and action results, using the context available to Darcy.
Review changes. Ask for an explanation of saved versions and recorded deployment information.

Work through the task together

Describe the outcome and any business rules that matter. For example, “Ask for employer details only when the applicant says they are employed”, or “Explain why this calculation is blank in my prototype”. Darcy can ask follow-up questions when a requirement is missing.

You choose whether Darcy can make changes, must ask first or provides advice only. Review the resulting content and configuration, then test the journey in User view and real integrations in QA.
