Can AI build a service from an existing form or brief?
Yes. Darcy can turn a written brief or existing documents into a draft digital service that you can inspect, refine and test in the Builder.
This is useful when you already have a paper form, a requirements document or a question list and want to make it into a guided online journey.
Choose your starting point
- Describe what you need. Explain who will use the service, what they need to achieve and what should happen after submission.
- Provide existing documents. Upload source material such as a PDF form, Word requirements, an Excel question list or images, with notes about the intended service.
- Explain the rules. Include conditional questions, skip instructions, calculations, evidence requirements and wording that must be preserved.
Choose the description or documents route from Create New Service, or ask Darcy to create a service in an authorised library. The new draft keeps the design brief, and the build continues in its own designer.
Keep improving the draft
Darcy creates the structure and follows the initial build with a quality review that can refine the journey. You can then ask for changes such as splitting a long page, simplifying a question or correcting a conditional route.
Your team reviews the draft against the original requirement and tests all relevant routes. Confirm calculations, validation, integrations and the submission outcome before release. AI creation saves setup effort while keeping the service available for normal Builder editing and controlled deployment.
